SOPCopilot is an AI assistant that helps small teams document how work actually gets done—without weeks of meetings. It records short walkthroughs (screen + voice or text), extracts steps, decisions, and edge cases, and outputs clean SOPs with checklists, screenshots, and role-based responsibilities. It then keeps SOPs current by detecting drift: when a tool UI changes, a step fails, or teammates report “this is outdated,” the assistant proposes edits and routes them for approval. The product focuses on operational reality: versioning, owners, audit trails, and simple publishing to a shared knowledge base. It’s not a generic chatbot; it’s a documentation workflow that reduces onboarding time, prevents repeated mistakes, and supports lightweight compliance for industries that need traceability.
