SOPDiff
SOPDiff is a web app (with optional desktop agent) that detects when real workflows drift from documented SOPs and triggers lightweight updates and approvals. It connects to tools teams already use (Jira, ServiceNow, GitHub, Slack, Google Drive/Confluence) and watches for signals like repeated ticket patterns, changed run commands, new incident steps, or updated checklists. When drift is detected, it generates a proposed SOP change (or a new step) and routes it to the right owner with evidence links. The goal is not “AI magic,” but reducing the constant rot of process docs that makes onboarding, audits, and incident response painful. The MVP focuses on one or two integrations and one workflow type (incident/runbook or support triage) to keep scope realistic. This is a combination traditional + AI app: deterministic rules for detection plus LLM-assisted drafting and summarization.
