SOPDrift

SOPDrift is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that continuously checks whether your written policies and procedures still match reality. Instead of being another policy repository, it connects to systems you already use (ticketing, HRIS, access control, cloud logs) and flags “drift” signals: repeated exceptions, outdated approvals, missing attestations, and procedures that no one follows. It generates a simple drift dashboard per policy, assigns an owner, and creates a lightweight remediation workflow (update the SOP, retrain, or enforce controls). It also maintains a defensible audit trail: who acknowledged what, when the policy changed, and what evidence supports compliance. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps summarize evidence, suggest edits, and draft change notes, but humans approve everything. It’s realistic because it focuses on a narrow, high-value job: keeping SOPs aligned and provable.
