SOPDrift

SOPDrift is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that keeps frontline operations aligned with the latest standard operating procedures. It turns SOPs into short, trackable micro-checks embedded into real work: opening/closing, safety walks, QA checks, handoffs, and exception handling. Managers can publish updates, set required acknowledgements, and see where compliance is slipping by location, shift, or role. The mobile app supports offline checklists, quick photo proof, and incident notes, then syncs when back online. It also flags “process drift” by comparing expected steps vs. actual completion patterns and highlights which steps are routinely skipped. This is not a full-blown LMS or heavy BPM suite; it’s a practical layer that makes SOP adherence measurable without turning staff into paperwork machines.
