SOPForge

SOPForge is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that captures real procedural knowledge from teams and turns it into consistent, searchable SOPs. Users can record a process as they do it (screen capture, short voice notes, or step checklists), then the app structures it into a clean procedure with prerequisites, tools, time estimates, decision points, and common failure modes. It supports versioning, approvals, and role-based views so frontline staff see simple steps while managers see controls and compliance notes. The AI layer suggests missing steps, flags ambiguity (“click submit” where?), and generates quick quizzes to validate understanding. The goal is not “knowledge base fluff,” but operational playbooks that reduce training time, mistakes, and tribal knowledge loss when people leave. Integrations focus on where work happens: ticketing, chat, and file storage.
