SOPHarbor is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) for keeping operational knowledge accurate, not just stored. It focuses on one painful problem: procedures rot fast and teams stop trusting the wiki. SOPHarbor turns every SOP into a lightweight lifecycle: owner, review cadence, change log, and “confidence score” based on freshness, usage, and feedback. An AI assistant can propose edits from recent tickets, chats, and incident notes, but changes require human approval and are tracked. The app also supports role-based checklists so frontline staff can execute steps and confirm completion, creating an audit trail. Search is tuned for “how do I…” queries with answers that cite the exact SOP section and last-reviewed date. The goal is boring reliability: fewer tribal workarounds, fewer mistakes, and faster onboarding.
