SOPNudge is a web app (with Slack/Teams integration) that keeps real workflows aligned with documented SOPs by detecting “process drift” in day-to-day work. It connects to tools like Jira, Zendesk, HubSpot, and Google Workspace, then watches for patterns that indicate people are skipping steps, using outdated templates, or routing work incorrectly. When drift appears, it nudges the right owner with a specific fix: update the SOP, retrain, or adjust the workflow. It also provides a lightweight “SOP health” dashboard: which processes are followed, which are ignored, and where cycle time or rework is rising. This is not a generic process-mining platform; it’s a pragmatic drift detector for SMB and mid-market ops teams who can’t afford six-figure implementations. Expect some false positives early—success depends on tight integrations and careful tuning.
