SOPPilot

SOPPilot is a web app (with an optional desktop agent) that converts real employee work into repeatable SOPs and safe automations. Users record a workflow once (browser steps, app clicks, copy/paste, file moves), then the AI drafts an SOP, identifies decision points, and proposes an automation that can run in “assist mode” (human approves each step) or “autopilot” (runs unattended with audit logs). It’s designed for the unglamorous reality: brittle UIs, exceptions, and compliance. The product focuses on operational teams that live in spreadsheets, email, and legacy portals. It includes change detection (when a UI changes, it flags the automation), role-based permissions, and a clear ROI dashboard showing time saved per workflow. This is not a general-purpose agent; it’s a controlled workflow capture-to-automation pipeline that reduces risk and makes maintenance manageable.
