SOPProof is a web app with optional mobile companion that turns standard operating procedures into verifiable, time-stamped execution records. Instead of trusting checkboxes, it captures lightweight evidence: photo/video, barcode/QR scans, GPS/geo-fence, device timestamp, and required fields. Managers get a live compliance dashboard, exception alerts, and audit-ready exports. The AI layer suggests step improvements by analyzing where teams consistently fail, how long steps take, and which instructions cause confusion, then proposes clearer wording and shorter flows. It also auto-generates micro-quizzes for training and re-certification. This is not a full SOP authoring suite; it’s an execution-and-proof layer that plugs into existing SOP docs (Google Docs, Notion, Confluence) via links and templates. The goal is fewer incidents, faster audits, and less managerial babysitting.
