SOPSnap is a web app (with optional mobile capture) that helps operations teams create, update, and enforce standard operating procedures without the usual document chaos. Staff record a task once (screen recording, photos, or short video), and the app converts it into a step-by-step SOP with required tools, time estimates, safety notes, and checkpoints. Each SOP is versioned, searchable, and tied to roles and locations. When processes change, managers can push micro-updates and require acknowledgment, reducing “I didn’t know” failures. Lightweight quizzes and task checklists verify comprehension, while an audit log shows who was trained on what and when. Integrations with Slack/Teams and common ticketing tools let SOPs appear where work happens. This is an AI + traditional app: AI drafts and summarizes; humans approve and publish.
