SOPTripwire
SOPTripwire is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that detects process failure early by monitoring whether critical steps actually happened—not whether someone checked a box. You define “tripwires” for high-risk workflows (e.g., change approvals, reconciliations, access reviews, batch jobs) using simple rules tied to evidence sources: tickets, logs, database events, and file drops. When a step is skipped, late, or inconsistent (e.g., approval after deployment, reconciliation without source file), it alerts the right owner and creates an auditable incident trail. It also produces a weekly “process drift” report showing where teams are routinely bypassing SOPs, which steps are ambiguous, and which controls are failing silently. This is a traditional app with light AI assistance to suggest tripwires from past incidents and to summarize drift patterns, but it doesn’t pretend to fully automate governance.
