SorenessLog
SorenessLog is a mobile app (with an optional web dashboard) that helps athletes and regular gym-goers stop guessing their recovery. Users log a 30-second daily check-in: soreness by body region, sleep, training load, and stress. The app then recommends a short, evidence-informed recovery plan (stretching, mobility, light cardio, or rest) tailored to the user’s patterns—not generic routines. The core value is correlation: it shows which recovery actions consistently reduce next-day soreness for that specific person and which are placebo-level for them. It also flags red patterns (persistent localized pain, asymmetry, or worsening soreness) and suggests when to deload or seek a professional. This is not a magic “fix your body” app; it’s a structured tracker that turns recovery into measurable feedback and helps users build a repeatable routine they’ll actually follow.
