SorenessMap

SorenessMap is a mobile + web app that helps coaches and athletes catch early overuse signals using a 60-second daily check-in. Athletes tap a body map for soreness, rate fatigue/sleep/stress, and optionally log minutes played and RPE. The app turns this into a simple “risk heatmap” by body region and flags patterns like rising soreness + poor sleep + workload spikes. Coaches get team dashboards, trend lines, and automated prompts: “reduce sprint volume,” “swap to low-impact conditioning,” or “refer to physio.” It’s not a medical diagnosis tool; it’s a practical decision-support layer that most teams can actually maintain. The goal is fewer preventable flare-ups (shin splints, tendinopathy, back pain) by catching trends early and making small training adjustments before athletes miss sessions.
