SourcePulse is a secure web + desktop app for intelligence teams to manage human-source and partner-report reliability scoring over time. It centralizes source profiles, reporting history, access controls, and structured evaluation (e.g., reliability, access, corroboration, timeliness) with audit trails that survive oversight reviews. The app focuses on reducing inconsistent tradecraft: it prompts analysts to justify rating changes, links claims to corroborating evidence, and flags sudden shifts in a source’s pattern (frequency, topic drift, anomaly spikes). It supports compartmented work via per-case workspaces and strict need-to-know permissions. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI assists with extracting claims from reports, suggesting corroboration links, and generating concise reliability-change rationales, but final ratings remain human-approved. Realistically, adoption depends on security accreditation and integration with existing case systems; without that, it will stall.
