SourceSentry is a web app (with optional mobile alerts) that helps defense procurement teams continuously assess supplier eligibility and risk across the acquisition lifecycle. It centralizes vendor records, required certifications, and compliance evidence, then monitors for changes that can invalidate an award or trigger a stop-work (e.g., sanctions hits, ownership changes, cyber compliance lapses, expired certs). The app provides a procurement-ready “risk packet” for each vendor: what’s verified, what’s missing, and what’s time-sensitive, with an audit-friendly timeline of evidence. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: traditional workflows for intake, approvals, and documentation, plus AI to extract key fields from uploaded documents and flag inconsistencies. Realistically, it won’t replace incumbent ERPs or contract writing tools; it plugs into them to reduce late-stage surprises and rework.
