SourceSift

SourceSift is a web app (with a lightweight browser extension) that curates and summarizes internal and external information into traceable, citation-first briefs. Users drop in links, PDFs, meeting notes, Slack exports, or Google Drive folders, then choose a brief type (exec summary, risk memo, competitor scan, customer insights). The app produces a structured summary with inline citations that jump to the exact highlighted passage, plus a “what’s missing” section that flags gaps and conflicting claims. It’s an AI app with traditional workflow features: collections, tags, sharing, and approval. The brutal reality: generic summarizers are everywhere and most are unreliable. SourceSift wins only if it’s obsessively grounded in sources, fast to verify, and integrates into how teams already work (Docs/Notion/Jira).
