SourceSyll
SourceSyll is a web app (with optional Chrome extension) for educators and instructional designers who build lessons from real-world materials—articles, PDFs, videos, policy docs, and research papers. You paste links or upload files, then the app extracts key claims, definitions, and examples, and generates a structured lesson pack: learning objectives, a short lecture outline, comprehension checks, and a citation-backed reading guide. The core is traceability: every generated bullet and question is linked back to the exact source snippet, reducing hallucinations and making it safe to use in classrooms. It also exports cleanly to Google Docs, Canvas, and PowerPoint. This is an AI app plus traditional workflow tooling; the AI accelerates drafting, while the product focuses on review, alignment, and export. Realistically, it won’t replace full course design, but it can cut prep time for source-heavy lessons.
