SpaceProof
SpaceProof is a mobile + web app for validating tiny and small-home floor plans against real-life usability—before you waste money on materials or a trailer. Users import a simple plan (PDF/image) or sketch rooms, then place standard-size fixtures and furniture (bed, shower, stairs, appliances). The app runs rule-of-thumb checks for clearances, door swings, headroom, circulation paths, loft ladder angles, and “two-people passing” pinch points. It generates a punch-list of conflicts (e.g., fridge door hits island, shower too tight, stair run unsafe) and suggests compact alternatives (different appliance widths, pocket doors, combo units). It’s not a building-code authority; it’s a practical sanity-check tool that catches the common mistakes DIY builders make. Export annotated plans and a shopping list of space-saving components to share with a builder or partner.
