SpeakLedger is a web app (with Slack/Teams integrations) that helps leaders communicate decisions and priorities with measurable understanding. Leaders publish short “decision notes” (what changed, why, impact, next steps). The app then runs lightweight comprehension checks (one-minute pulse questions, quick scenario pickers) and tracks acknowledgment by team, location, and role—without turning it into a surveillance tool. It highlights where confusion clusters, suggests follow-up clarifications, and generates a clean “communication audit trail” for managers and HR. The AI layer rewrites messages for clarity, tone, and reading level, and flags jargon or ambiguous commitments. The goal is to reduce rework, rumor cycles, and meeting bloat by making leadership communication explicit, testable, and repeatable. It’s not another chat tool; it’s a system of record for leadership intent and employee understanding.
