SpeakProof

SpeakProof is a web + mobile app for employees to raise issues, ideas, and concerns anonymously while giving leadership a structured way to respond and close the loop. Employees submit a “case” (e.g., safety, harassment process gaps, workload, tooling) and choose visibility: manager-only, HR, or company-wide board. Each case gets a public status timeline (Received → Reviewing → Action Planned → Implemented/Declined) with required rationale for declines. The app includes a lightweight “trust layer”: anonymous identity is protected, but submissions can be rate-limited and verified as coming from a real employee via SSO tokenization (without exposing who). Leaders get dashboards showing recurring themes, hotspots by org unit, and time-to-response SLAs. It’s not a culture miracle; it’s a workflow tool that makes ignoring employees measurably harder and makes outcomes visible.
