SpeakProof

SpeakProof is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for employees to raise issues and ideas anonymously while giving leadership a structured, auditable way to respond. Employees submit feedback into predefined categories (safety, ethics, workload, harassment, process waste) with optional evidence attachments. The system creates a tamper-evident “case trail” showing when items were acknowledged, triaged, assigned, and resolved—without exposing the reporter. An AI layer clusters similar submissions, flags urgent risk language, and drafts neutral summaries to reduce emotional misinterpretation. Managers get a queue with SLA timers and required response templates, preventing the common failure mode of “we heard you” with no action. The app focuses on trust: clear anonymity boundaries, visible status updates, and metrics that show closure rates, not just survey scores.
