SpeakUpMap

SpeakUpMap is a web app (with Slack/Teams integrations) that measures psychological safety and “voice” across teams using short, recurring micro-prompts and anonymous incident check-ins. Instead of vague engagement scores, it produces a heatmap of where people stop speaking up, what topics are risky (quality, ethics, workload, inclusion), and how quickly managers respond. It also tracks follow-through: every surfaced issue can be tagged, assigned an owner, and closed with a visible outcome summary so employees see action, not surveys. An AI layer clusters free-text themes, detects emerging risks, and drafts neutral, non-defensive manager responses and action plans. Reality check: companies don’t need more culture slogans; they need a system that exposes silence, documents response time, and creates accountability without doxxing employees.
