SpeakUpSafe

SpeakUpSafe is a mobile + web app that makes safety culture measurable by capturing “micro-behaviors” and near-misses in under 30 seconds. Frontline workers can submit quick voice-to-text reports, tag location/equipment, and choose anonymous mode to reduce fear of retaliation. Supervisors get a weekly culture pulse: reporting rate, closure time, repeat hazards, and a simple “trust index” based on follow-up quality (not just volume). The app nudges leaders with scripted, non-blaming follow-up questions and auto-generates short learning briefs for toolbox talks. It’s not a full EHS suite—by design. It integrates with existing systems via CSV/API so companies don’t need to rip-and-replace. The goal is to reduce underreporting and improve feedback loops, which is where safety culture usually dies in the real world.
