SpecDiff
SpecDiff is a web app (with optional CLI) that continuously validates real-world interoperability against published standards and your partners’ implementation guides. It ingests FHIR bundles/messages from test or production mirrors, compares them to expected profiles (US Core, payer/provider IGs, custom StructureDefinitions), and flags drift: missing required elements, wrong value sets, cardinality violations, and version mismatches. It also tracks “partner-specific quirks” as explicit, reviewable rules so teams stop relying on tribal knowledge. The product is not a magic integration engine; it’s a compliance and regression layer that sits beside your existing interface engine and CI pipeline. Reports are built for engineers and compliance: reproducible failing examples, diff views, and a clear pass/fail score per endpoint, per partner, per release. If you can’t prove conformance, you’ll keep shipping brittle integrations—this tool makes that visible and manageable.
