SpecPulse
SpecPulse is a web app (with a lightweight Slack integration) that turns messy product requirements into testable, reviewable specs and keeps them from rotting. PMs paste a PRD, ticket, or meeting notes; the app extracts assumptions, edge cases, acceptance criteria, and open questions, then generates a “Spec Checklist” that engineering and design can sign off on. It also monitors changes: when a Jira/Linear ticket or linked doc is edited, SpecPulse flags what acceptance criteria are now inconsistent and who needs to re-approve. The goal is not to replace PM judgment—it’s to reduce rework caused by ambiguous scope, missing constraints, and silent requirement drift. Expect some false positives early; the value comes from catching the 20% of spec gaps that create 80% of churn in delivery. Pricing works best per team, not per seat, to avoid procurement friction.
