SpecScribe is a web app (with an iPad companion) for luxury dealers, brokers, and commissioning studios to capture a client’s bespoke vehicle request and convert it into a structured, manufacturer-ready specification pack. It guides staff through constraints that usually get missed (homologation, lead times, material availability, regional compliance, warranty implications), then generates a clean PDF/JSON spec sheet, option codes mapping, and a change-log for every revision. The AI layer helps translate vague client language (“quiet but aggressive,” “heritage leather vibe”) into concrete, selectable attributes and flags conflicts (e.g., paint + trim combos that can’t be produced, delivery date vs. supplier lead times). It also tracks approvals and deposits, reducing expensive rework and awkward backtracking. This is not a consumer configurator; it’s a professional workflow tool that reduces mistakes in high-ticket, low-volume commissions.
