SpecSentry

SpecSentry is a web app that continuously checks whether a product is still being built to the agreed spec. You paste your PRD/user stories and connect your GitHub/GitLab repo plus Linear/Jira. The app watches pull requests, commit messages, and ticket changes, then flags “spec drift” (features added/removed, acceptance criteria missed, new edge cases ignored). It generates a short daily report: what changed, why it matters, and who needs to confirm. It also creates a lightweight “decision log” so teams can approve intentional scope changes instead of discovering them during QA or after release. This is not a magic code reviewer; it’s a guardrail for teams that move fast and forget what they promised. MVP focuses on drift detection, reporting, and approvals—no heavy workflow overhaul required.
