SpecSnap is a web + mobile AI app for interior designers and renovators that converts a few room photos and a rough budget into a structured “spec sheet”: suggested paint colors, flooring types, fixture styles, and a short shopping list with alternates at different price tiers. It doesn’t pretend to be a full CAD replacement; it’s a fast pre-design and procurement assistant that reduces the most annoying part of small projects: narrowing choices and documenting them clearly for clients and contractors. Users upload photos, pick a style direction (or let the model infer it), set constraints (pets, kids, rental-safe, lead times), and get a one-page PDF plus a shareable link. The app tracks decisions, substitutions, and availability so the spec doesn’t fall apart when items go out of stock.
