SpecSnap

SpecSnap is a mobile + web AI app for architects and small design-build teams who lose hours turning messy site notes into actionable documentation. On-site, you snap photos, dictate a quick note, and tag the room/location. The app auto-drafts a punchlist item, assigns a likely trade, suggests a severity/priority, and generates an RFI draft when something is ambiguous (with the photo embedded and a clear question). Back at the office, a web dashboard lets you review, edit, and export to PDF/CSV or push items to common tools. It’s not trying to replace BIM or full project management—just the painful documentation gap between “I saw it” and “it’s tracked and communicated.” The MVP focuses on speed, consistent formatting, and defensible records (timestamps, author, location, audit trail).
