It flags hidden gotchas like incompatible hookups, clearance issues, filter/consumable costs, and common reliability complaints tied to specific model families. It also stores your appliances, manuals, and warranty dates, then reminds you about maintenance tasks that actually matter (filters, descaling, coil cleaning) to prevent breakdowns. It’s not a miracle “save $500” app—its value is reducing bad purchases and avoidable service calls with practical, verified data.
