SpecSnap is a mobile + web AI app that helps homeowners and interior designers turn a single room photo (or Pinterest screenshot) into a practical, shoppable “spec sheet.” Instead of vague style labels, it estimates paint colors, material types, furniture dimensions, and lighting temperature, then suggests budget-tier matches from common retailers. Users can lock items, swap alternatives, and export a contractor-ready PDF with links, quantities, and notes. It also tracks availability and price changes so a design doesn’t break when items go out of stock. This is not a full-room 3D redesign tool; it’s a translation layer from inspiration to procurement. The MVP focuses on one room at a time and prioritizes accuracy, transparency (confidence scores), and quick iteration over flashy renders.
