SpecSprint
SpecSprint is a web app (with optional desktop companion) for turning scattered game design notes into production-ready tickets. You paste a GDD section, Discord brainstorm, or meeting transcript, and it outputs a structured backlog: user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, dependencies, and a realistic implementation order. It also generates “definition of done” checklists for common game systems (UI menus, inventory, combat, save/load, networking) and flags risky unknowns (performance, platform cert, multiplayer sync). The goal isn’t to replace designers or producers—it’s to reduce the time wasted translating ideas into actionable work and to prevent vague tickets that cause rework. Integrations push the results into Jira/Linear/GitHub Issues and keep a traceable link back to the original source text so teams can audit what changed and why.
