SpecVault is a web + mobile app for managing bespoke vehicle commissions end-to-end without spreadsheets, email chains, or “latest PDF” confusion. It centralizes client preferences, option constraints, approvals, deposits, and change orders into a single auditable timeline. Clients get a clean configurator-style experience (without pretending to be a full OEM configurator), while dealers/coaches track tasks, supplier quotes, lead times, and sign-offs. Every revision is versioned, with clear diffs (what changed, who approved, and cost/lead-time impact). It also generates a commission pack: build sheet, trim/material references, compliance notes, and delivery checklist. This is not glamorous; it’s operational hygiene for high-touch sales where mistakes are expensive and embarrassing. The product wins by reducing rework, preventing miscommunication, and shortening the “decision-to-order” cycle while protecting margins.
