SpendCompass

SpendCompass helps people align everyday purchases with what they actually value—without pretending it can magically fix your finances. You connect your bank/credit accounts, then the app categorizes transactions and asks you to set 5–7 personal priorities (e.g., health, family time, learning, freedom, generosity). Each week it generates a simple “alignment score” and highlights the top transactions that most helped or hurt your priorities, with quick re-labeling when it guesses wrong. The core is a lightweight reflection loop: a 60-second weekly check-in that asks what felt worth it and what didn’t, then suggests one realistic change (like capping one category or swapping one habit). It’s not a full budgeting suite; it’s a clarity tool for people who are tired of tracking every penny but still want spending to feel intentional.
