SpendLedger

SpendLedger is a web app (with optional desktop uploader) that automates post-award procurement documentation and spend traceability for government teams. It ingests purchase orders, invoices, receiving reports, contract line items, and card transactions, then reconciles them into a single “audit trail” per contract and per funding source. The app flags missing documents, mismatched quantities/prices, split purchases near thresholds, and late approvals, and produces standardized evidence packets for internal controls, IG requests, and annual audits. It’s an AI + traditional app: AI helps classify documents, extract fields, and suggest likely matches; deterministic rules enforce policy checks and produce defensible logs. Reality check: selling into government is slow, so the product must win by reducing audit pain and staff hours immediately, not by promising “transformation.”
