SpendMood
SpendMood helps people stop guessing whether money is making them happier. It connects to your bank/credit cards, then asks ultra-short daily check-ins (30 seconds) on mood, stress, sleep, and “felt value” of the day. The app automatically tags spending categories and runs simple, transparent correlations: which categories, merchants, and spending patterns reliably precede better weeks—and which predict regret, anxiety, or no change. You get a “Happiness ROI” dashboard, plus weekly experiments like “swap one convenience spend for one social spend” with measurable outcomes. It’s not therapy and it won’t promise wealth; it’s a behavioral feedback loop that turns vague financial advice into personal evidence. Exportable reports help you discuss patterns with a partner, coach, or therapist. Privacy is central: data is encrypted, and you can use it without linking accounts by manual entry, though insights will be weaker.
