SpendProof helps people make big-ticket decisions (cars, homes, weddings, renovations, tuition) with fewer regrets. You connect accounts or manually enter numbers, then build a “decision pack” that includes total cost of ownership, cash-flow impact, and worst-case scenarios (job loss, rate hikes, medical bill). It forces trade-offs: what you must cut, how long you’ll be locked in, and the opportunity cost versus investing or paying down debt. It also includes a simple partner mode for shared decisions, with separate priorities and a final “agreement summary” you can export. This is not a feel-good budgeting app; it’s designed to say “no” when the math doesn’t work and to show exactly what would need to change for a “yes.”
