Field staff capture the essentials in minutes: location, material, estimated quantity, photos, containment actions, and witnesses. The system then routes the incident through a lightweight workflow (notify, investigate, corrective actions, closure) and maintains an immutable audit trail. It includes configurable jurisdiction templates (state/province, EPA-style fields), deadline reminders, and a single “what must be reported” checklist to reduce missed notifications. This is not a full EHS suite; it’s a focused incident-to-report product that integrates with existing tools via API and exports.
