SpillWatch is a web + mobile AI app that helps local public health, veterinary, and wildlife teams spot early “spillover” risk by combining three streams: syndromic symptom reports (humans/animals), wildlife/livestock mortality events, and environmental triggers (rainfall, heat, flooding, land-use change). The MVP focuses on practical field reality: low-connectivity data capture, simple standardized forms, and a single shared incident timeline across agencies. It produces a weekly risk digest and a map of clusters with confidence levels, plus a lightweight workflow to request samples, log lab results, and close out investigations. This is not a magic prediction engine; it’s a decision-support tool that reduces missed signals and speeds cross-sector coordination. It’s designed to work for districts/provinces that currently rely on spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and delayed reporting.
