SpinJudge is a mobile + web AI app that analyzes figure skating practice videos and flags likely under-rotations, edge issues, and jump takeoff/landing timing. Skaters or coaches record a jump (or upload rink footage), tap the jump type, and get a slow‑mo breakdown with frame markers, rotation estimate, and a simple “likely clean / borderline / likely <” indicator. It also tracks consistency over time (e.g., % clean 2A this month) and exports short clips for coach feedback. Brutal truth: this won’t replace real judges and it will be wrong sometimes—lighting, camera angle, and motion blur will hurt accuracy. The MVP should focus on being “usefully directional” for training, not “official.” Monetization is subscription for athletes/parents plus a team plan for clubs.
