SpliceProof is a field-first mobile + web app for telecom construction teams to document and verify fiber splices and closures with consistent, auditable evidence. Techs and contractors often take scattered photos and handwritten notes, which leads to disputes, failed QA, and expensive truck rolls. SpliceProof guides the tech through a short checklist per splice/closure, captures required photos, GPS, timestamp, and optional OTDR/OLTS result uploads, then auto-generates a standardized “splice pack” PDF for the customer or internal QA. It also flags missing artifacts and enforces naming conventions so files don’t become unusable later. This is not magic: it won’t replace test equipment or engineering judgment, but it will reduce rework by making documentation complete, searchable, and consistent across crews and subcontractors.
