SplitDuty

SplitDuty is a mobile + web app for separated or divorcing parents who need a clear, enforceable plan for custody time, pickups, expenses, and last-minute changes. Instead of generic calendars, it turns a parenting plan into structured rules: default schedules, holiday rotations, swap requests, late notices, and expense categories with receipts. It keeps a tamper-evident activity log (who proposed what, when it was accepted/declined) and generates court-ready summaries without sounding like a lawyer. The app is intentionally “low drama”: limited chat modes, templates for neutral messages, and automatic reminders so parents don’t have to nag each other. An optional AI assistant helps draft neutral responses and flags ambiguous schedule edits, but it never makes legal claims. Monetization can be subscription per parent, with a free tier for basic scheduling and paid tiers for exports, receipts, and advanced rules.
