SplitLedger

SplitLedger is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for indie labels, producers, podcasters, and small publishers who are tired of messy royalty statements and partner disputes. Users upload royalty statements (CSV/PDF), map them to releases/episodes/works, and define split agreements once. The app reconciles incoming statements against splits, flags mismatches (missing ISRC/ISBN, duplicate lines, territory/date gaps), and generates partner-ready payout reports. It also tracks recoupment (advances, marketing spend) so collaborators can see when they move from recoup to profit. This is not a magic “find me more royalties” product; it’s an operational accounting tool that reduces errors, saves time, and prevents relationship blowups. Export to CSV, QuickBooks, or bank payout files, and keep an audit trail for every adjustment.
