SplitSpiff

SplitSpiff is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that calculates and audits split commissions for teams where deals involve multiple reps, SDRs, partners, or overlay specialists. You import closed-won deals from Salesforce/HubSpot and define split rules (percent, role-based, tiered accelerators, retroactive adjustments). The app generates a transparent payout ledger per deal, tracks disputes, and produces export-ready payout files for payroll systems. It also flags common errors—missing credit, duplicate opportunities, incorrect dates, and rule conflicts—before payouts go out. This is not a “full comp plan designer”; it’s intentionally narrow: make split payouts correct, explainable, and fast. Teams get a self-serve portal to see how each dollar was calculated, reducing back-and-forth with RevOps and Finance. The MVP focuses on reliability, audit trails, and integrations over fancy dashboards.
