SplitStamp

SplitStamp is a web + mobile app for independent artists, producers, and small labels to capture and confirm song splits before release. It guides collaborators through a simple workflow: create a track, invite contributors, propose percentages, collect approvals, and store proof (timestamps, version history, and signed confirmations). It exports clean split sheets and metadata packages (ISRC/ISWC-ready fields, writer/publisher info) for delivery to distributors, PROs, and admin services. It also tracks “pending” splits so you can see what’s blocking a release and who hasn’t confirmed. This is not a magic royalty-collection platform; it’s a practical documentation and coordination tool that reduces the most common cause of unpaid or delayed royalties: missing or disputed ownership data. Optional AI helps detect inconsistent names/roles and suggests metadata fixes, but humans still approve everything.
