SponsorOps
SponsorOps is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps companies run sponsorship like a real program instead of vague “mentorship.” It structures sponsor–sponsee relationships around concrete outcomes: stretch assignments, visibility moments, promotion-readiness signals, and internal network access. The app prompts sponsors with specific, time-boxed actions (e.g., “nominate for QBR presentation,” “introduce to VP in Product,” “staff on high-impact project”) and tracks whether those actions happened. Sponsees log opportunities received and outcomes (project shipped, revenue impact, performance rating changes), creating an evidence trail that HR and leaders can review without relying on anecdotes. It includes program health dashboards, bias checks (who is getting sponsorship actions and who isn’t), and a simple ROI view for leadership. This is not a networking app; it’s operational tooling for accountability.
