SponsorProof is a web app (with an optional mobile companion) that turns a creator’s messy analytics into a sponsor-ready media kit and campaign report in minutes. It connects to YouTube via OAuth, pulls channel and video-level performance (views, watch time, audience geography, device mix, traffic sources), and lets the creator tag videos that match a brand category. The app generates a clean, shareable “proof pack” link: audience snapshot, recent performance trends, benchmarked CPM estimates, and a one-page pitch tailored to a sponsor vertical (gaming, beauty, finance, etc.). After a sponsored integration runs, creators can upload the brand’s tracking links/codes and the app produces a post-campaign report: delivery, retention at integration timestamp, clicks (if provided), and a plain-English summary sponsors can forward internally. It also includes a lightweight CRM: deal stage, rate card, deliverables, and reminders. The goal is not to “find sponsors” magically; it’s to reduce the friction that kills deals—creators failing to present credible, consistent reporting and sponsors lacking confidence in outcomes. Pricing is subscription plus paid “report exports” for agencies.
