SponsorProof is a web app (with a lightweight mobile capture companion) that helps sports teams and rights-holders prove sponsorship value with defensible, sponsor-ready reporting. It ingests sponsor deliverables (signage, social posts, email blasts, in-venue activations) and ties them to measurable outcomes: impressions, engagement, clicks, lead captures, and foot-traffic proxies. Staff can capture activation proof on-site (photos, short clips, QR scans), while the platform pulls digital metrics via connected accounts and normalizes everything into a single “Sponsor Packet” per partner. An AI layer auto-tags assets, detects logo presence in images/video, flags missing deliverables, and drafts executive summaries in sponsor language. The goal is to reduce end-of-season scramble, prevent make-goods, and improve renewal rates by making results transparent and easy to understand.
