SponsorSlate is a web app (with optional Chrome extension) that helps Substack and newsletter creators package, price, and sell sponsorships without needing an ad network. It scans your past issues, tags evergreen topics, and builds a sponsor catalog: audience snapshot, issue categories, estimated impressions, and available placements (top/mid/bottom, dedicated, classified). It generates a one-page media kit, a rate card, and a simple booking flow with invoicing and insertion-order templates. The tool also tracks sponsor fulfillment: link tracking, UTM enforcement, screenshot proof, and post-campaign reporting. This is not a “find sponsors for you” promise; it’s a realistic ops layer that makes creators look professional and reduces back-and-forth. AI is used for content categorization, inventory suggestions, and draft outreach emails, but the core value is workflow and proof-of-performance.
