SpotLedger

SpotLedger is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for broadcast and cable operations teams to reconcile what was scheduled vs what actually aired—fast. It ingests traffic logs, as-run logs, and SCTE-35 marker data, then flags discrepancies like missing spots, wrong lengths, makegoods needed, and suspicious repeated failures by channel/program/daypart. Instead of living in spreadsheets and email threads, teams get a single audit trail with evidence (log lines, timestamps, marker IDs) and export-ready reports for sales, finance, and compliance. It also supports “dispute packets” for advertisers: a one-click bundle of proof showing when/where a spot ran (or didn’t), reducing back-and-forth. This is not glamorous software; it’s operational plumbing. But for stations and networks that still lose money to reconciliation errors, it’s a direct, measurable ROI tool.
